At Wavy Clothing, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.

  • Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Note: Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before placing the order. We do not offer returns or refunds for size-related issues.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • Once the return is approved and the product is received by us, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to provide bank account details for refund processing.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
